Our education program is a transferable program. So in two years, you can get your basics at a cost-effective rate and then plan on transferring to the university.
Big partnership with West Texas A&M, Texas Women's University, and Texas Tech University. We want our students to graduate from us with their Associate's and quickly transfer to the university for that Bachelor's certification.
At Amarillo College, there are two preschools, one Amarillo College Child Development Lab School and the other the Hagy Center caring for children from birth to five. And they also provide opportunities for students to observe as well. And that's what's great about Amarillo College-- possibilities are endless and you can do all of that here.
The biggest partnership that we have in Amarillo is with Amarillo School District. They're our biggest employer within the community. So making those connections during the observation the hands-on in the field in the classroom, of the students that they're going to interact with when they receive their Bachelor's certification is one huge benefit we offer.
